Post Graduate Diploma in Human Rights Law [PGDHRL]

Eligibility

The eligibility criteria for Post Graduate Diploma in Human Rights Law is mentioned below:

  • Candidates must have passed 10+2 examinations in relevant streams from a recognized institute.
  • Candidates must also possess a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institute.
  • Candidates must have scored at least 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 and graduation degrees. However, some institutes 5% relaxation to reserved category students.
  • Candidates from Science, Law, Humanities or equivalent stream will be preferred.
Admission Process

Most institutes adopt two methods of enrolling students into a Post Graduate Diploma In Human Rights Law course. They prefer either merit-based selection or entrance based selection.

  • Fill out the application forms of desired colleges before the last date of application forms submission.
  • Candidates applying to institutes providing entrance-based selection need to appear for and qualify for he entrance exam accepted by the institute.
  • Candidates applying to institutions providing merit-based admissions can get admissions directly on the basis of their merit in the last qualifying examinations.
  • Merit lists are prepared either on the basis of bachelor’s degree marks or entrance merit.
  • Shortlisted candidates are required to appear for counselling or personal interview rounds to secure their seats in the respective institutes.
  • The application form includes all the personal details of a candidate.
